Zhejiang FHES Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and application of industrial digital inkjet coding technology. We provide manufacturers with high-resolution coding equipment, intelligent ink supply systems, vision inspection and production-line marking solutions.
Our core team began its work in 2003 and has spent years working directly with customers on production lines. This experience drives continuous product development around different substrates, inks and production speeds. With an engineering technology center and a portfolio of patents and practical engineering achievements, FHES develops key technologies spanning printhead drive and control circuitry, ink supply systems, embedded firmware, printing software and equipment synchronization. These capabilities enable us to address real-world printing challenges at their source.
Modular design and a coordinated product family are central to our development approach. Standardized printhead modules and interfaces allow equipment to be configured for different print widths, orientations, speeds and ink requirements, while supporting future upgrades and maintenance. Our independently developed PCS negative-pressure, CCS recirculating and FCS full-recirculation ink supply systems address different printheads and process requirements. Their ongoing development improves ink supply control, operational stability and adaptability to demanding conditions. EasyPrint brings content editing, variable-data printing, equipment control and production-line communication together on a unified operating platform.
As manufacturers place greater emphasis on quality traceability and automation, FHES is advancing the integration of inkjet coding and vision inspection. Linking print data, trigger signals and inspection results helps customers reduce incorrect or missing codes and the burden of manual verification, while providing a foundation for production-line data management.
From a control board and an ink supply program to a complete machine and its integration into a production line, FHES advances its products through in-house development and on-site validation. Our goal is to deliver clear, reliable marking together with industrial printing capabilities that are easy to integrate and maintain, and that can evolve with our customers’ businesses.

R&D and Application Capabilities
Focused on PIJ piezoelectric inkjet technology and integrated printing and inspection, FHES develops printhead drive systems, ink supply control, embedded firmware, application software and vision inspection coordination in-house.
Drawing on our engineering technology center and years of production-line experience, we connect core technology development, machine platform design and application engineering. We validate different substrates, inks, print widths and production speeds to turn R&D into practical equipment configurations, operational stability and line integration.

In-depth PIJ development
We continuously develop piezoelectric printhead drive and control circuitry, printhead modules and printing synchronization. Coordinated development of PCS, CCS and FCS ink supply systems with EasyPrint addresses the interaction between printheads, inks and production-line conditions.
Integrated printing and inspection
Our R&D focuses on coordination between inkjet coding and vision inspection. We link print data, trigger signals and inspection results, validating incorrect or missing codes and marking readability while connecting printing and inspection with production-line data management.
Application-driven project development
From requirement analysis and sample testing to hardware and software adaptation, equipment synchronization and line integration, we develop projects around customer substrates, print content, production cycles and interfaces. On-site validation refines each solution, while modular design supports future upgrades and maintenance.
