FHES / SL SERIES LED UV

Water-Cooled UV Curing,
Select Configuration by Production Line

The SL series LED UV water-cooled curing equipment offers three lamp-head sizes: 6040, 6545 and 8060. Each is available with B1 variable-frequency energy control or V1 knob adjustment, giving six configurations in total.

Based on the updated SL series brochure. The test distance and conditions for stated irradiance are not specified; validate curing using actual samples with the ink, material and line speed.

01 / SL SERIES

One Series, Three Lamp-Head Sizes

SL6040, SL6545 and SL8060 are all available with B1 variable-frequency energy control and V1 knob-resistor control.

02 / MODEL COMPARISON

Six Configurations Compared in One Table

For the same size, B1 and V1 have identical power and brochure-stated irradiance; the main difference is the control method.

* The updated brochure does not specify irradiance test distance or measurement conditions. Original links to the older GT series and SL8060-01V materials are retained; the current page follows the updated SL brochure. Confirm corresponding model names against the delivered nameplate.

03 / LINE INTEGRATION

Coordinate Cooling, Power, Signals and the Lamp Head

All six models use planar irradiation and water cooling; check interface definitions against the specific version and delivered equipment.

01 / WATERWater Supply and Return

Check water-tank level, tubing connections and water flow; do not operate without water.

02 / POWERAC 220 V / 50 Hz

Check connections against the equipment nameplate and site power-supply conditions.

03 / CONTROLTrigger and Energy

B1 supports variable-frequency energy control; V1 uses knob-resistor adjustment. Check on/off and printer-linked interfaces for both.

04 / APPLICATION REVIEW

Test Curing with the Target Ink and Material

Results depend jointly on irradiation distance, line speed, ink layer, substrate and light source; validate stated values under site operating conditions.

Process conditions

  • UV ink model, printed area, ink layer and substrate
  • Target line speed, irradiation distance and curing assessment method
  • Whether B1 variable-frequency energy control or V1 knob adjustment is required

Conditions for installation

  • Installation space for the controller, water-cooling loop and lamp head
  • Check lamp-head dimensions, hole spacing and water-tube bending space for the size
  • Verify trigger/control signals and the delivered nameplate against the actual equipment
