FHES / INK SUPPLY PCS

Make Negative-Pressure Ink Supply
an Integrated Control Unit

Use MCU digital control to manage negative pressure, temperature, ink supply and FWS fault alerts centrally; confirm accuracy indicators against the specific model and actual-machine testing.

The image shows the PCS MCU control board. Validate specifications, function coverage and delivery configuration against the model, ink and physical system.

01 / INTEGRATED CONTROL

Coordinated Control, Monitoring, Temperature Management and Diagnostics

PCS brings ink supply, negative pressure and temperature control into unified digital management, reducing the integration complexity of separate controls.

01 / PRESSURE

Negative pressure management

Manage ink supply negative-pressure status using target values and detection feedback.

02 / CONDITION

Temperature control and circulation

Multi-stage temperature control works with ink tank agitation and secondary-cartridge recirculation to reduce supply-side sedimentation risk.

03 / WARNING

FWS fault alerts

Convert monitored exceptions into codes and inspection guidance to help maintenance personnel locate problems.

02 / PERFORMANCE TARGETS

Explain Detection Accuracy and Operating Accuracy Separately

The brochure provides two target performance indicators; measurement points, statistical windows and acceptance methods still need to be defined in the specific model's technical specifications.

Target Detection Accuracy±0.01 kPa

Feedback target for the pressure-change detection chain.

Target Operating Control Accuracy±0.02 kPa

The objective is to keep negative-pressure deviation within this range during operation.

These are development targets rather than accepted performance. Verify ink, temperature, measurement points, stabilization time and sampling through physical tests.

03 / INK PATH + MACHINE

Centralized Management of Supply-Side Recirculation and Machine Functions

PCS covers management of main-tank ink level, dual-printhead-module ink supply, overflow prevention, positive-pressure cleaning and enclosure heat dissipation.

Supply Side

  • Primary-tank agitation and secondary-cartridge recirculation/renewal
  • Ink level, replenishment, negative-pressure and temperature status management
  • Dual-printhead-module ink supply and overflow protection

Maintenance side

  • FWS fault codes, inspection guidance and recovery verification
  • Positive-pressure cleaning and enclosure heat-dissipation status management
  • Check network access, licensing, compatibility and rollback plans for firmware updates.

PCS recirculation acts on the supply side of the ink tank and cartridge; it is not equivalent to CCS internal printhead recirculation. Monitoring points, interlock actions and alarm codes depend on the delivered configuration.

04 / SOFTWARE COORDINATION

InkLink Makes PCS Status More Visible

The supporting software can show settings, actual feedback, alarms and operating logs together, and provide maintenance entry points according to permissions.
