FHES / IN-HOUSE R&D
In-house R&D and core technologies
Our core team began its work in 2003. FHES combines foundational R&D, modular products and project validation to develop PIJ and print-and-inspect technologies.
01 / CORE TECHNOLOGY
Printhead control circuitry and firmware
We develop control boards and firmware for printhead interfaces, drive timing, data organization and trigger synchronization, validating each setup for the printhead, ink and task.

02 / CORE TECHNOLOGY
PCS, CCS and FCS ink supply technologies
We develop negative-pressure, recirculating and full-recirculation systems, coordinating pressure, level, temperature and maintenance. InkLink brings parameters, status and logs together to refine maintenance.

03 / CORE TECHNOLOGY
EasyPrint and InkLink software platforms
EasyPrint connects editing, variable data and tasks; InkLink manages ink parameters, status and maintenance. Coordinated software, firmware and hardware development supports project interfaces and iteration.

04 / CORE TECHNOLOGY
Print-and-inspect integration and project development
Link print data, triggers, captured images and inspection results for item verification, front/back matching and vision-guided project development. Validate tasks from sample testing and hardware/software adaptation to equipment integration and commissioning; standardized modules and interfaces support upgrades and maintenance.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
From technology development to on-site validation
Requirements → sample tests → hardware and software adaptation → equipment integration → line commissioning. Validate print results, stability and maintenance, building project experience over time.

Sample testing and selection advice
Prepare substrate or sample photos, print content, character or code dimensions, target line speed, print orientation and inspection requirements. Email sample and line photos to discuss testing and configuration with FHES.
Tests assess adhesion, readability, printing stability and line throughput. Equipment, inks and inspection rules depend on sample validation and project configuration.
